These terms govern your access to and use of the Vumio app and website. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Using Vumio
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Vumio. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Vumio connects you with independent drivers, couriers and stores. We facilitate bookings, orders and payments, but the ride, delivery or goods are provided by those third parties.
2. Pricing and payment
The price shown at checkout — including any fare, delivery fee and applicable tax — is frozen onto your booking or order. You authorise Vumio to charge your selected payment method for that amount.
Cancellation fees may apply per the cancellation policy shown before you confirm.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to defraud drivers, couriers or stores, harassing other users, or interfering with the platform's operation.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vumio is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent drivers, couriers or stores. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer law.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
